We ship from Adelaide, South Australia, and fulfill orders both locally and across Australia.

Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

International Orders: 10-21 business days (depending on location)

Do you offer express shipping?

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

✅ In its original packaging
✅ Not a custom or sale item
